If I have VRchat Plus and upload a icon profile pic thing and then my subscription expires will i still have the icon picture on my profile or will it go back to just showing the picture for my current avatar?
when your VRChat+ expires your profile picture will revert to your avatar picture, but it will be saved in your VRC+ gallery so you wont need to retake/upload it again when you decide to renew your subscription.
