I accidentally Blocked a friends request to join one of my groups, how do i unblock their request?

Devs please help it keeps pulling up ERROR 409: You’ve previously blocked this person’s Request, would you like to unblock them?

How do i unblock their request if it wont let me?

I tried searching the feedback site for a bug report for this and I wasn’t able to find one. I don’t use the groups system at all, except as a member of a group so I don’t feel like I should submit a bug report, but maybe you guys should do it
