Is there any way I can contact vrchat customer support service since I never have used modifications on my account.
I will say, it is entirely possible as Quest is still hardware at the end of the day.
However another aspect I will say is, admitting you’re breaking a rule in a community post isn’t the way either which is " Do not circumvent VRChat sanctions such as bans, public bans, kicks, or other systems ."
So, I’d recommend that if you get your appeal accepted, great. If otherwise, than you truly were.
I just bought my first vr meta quest like not even a year ago in which I’m surprised about such a harsh ban with specifics towards modifications. I’m not even a programmer or even any knowledge on doing so.
