Hello, I have a question about the allowance of personal transport vehicles in vrchat, are personal transport vehicles (PTV for vrchat players) allowed in vrchat when you want to drive,sail or fly in worlds?

There is nothing that is forbidden about it, people fly without any issues.
Just note that some places or events may forbid it, especially if it’s performance heavy.
