Personal transport vehicles (PTV) for customer avatar users

Hello, yesterday I had a idea of personal transport vehicles for VRCHAT players to sail,drive and fly around worlds where ever you like.

Note: these vehicles can’t be destroyed by model weapons of worlds and model vehicles.
