Will npcs be allowed in my world?

As i was contemplating of whether or not npcs (ai) are allowed in someone’s world, came the next question: would npcs be allowed in my world?

I’m not sure I understood what you’re talking about.

NPCs needs to be baked in by the world creator.

Unless you’re talking about AI Bots like Nota and a couple of others you can find here and there, but those are not NPC, they are proper player account, with a bot driving it instead of a player.
