Have you restarted Unity Editor?

Can you provide a screenshot of “Add modules for Unity (2022.3.22f1)” from Unity Hub? (Unity Hub → Installs → Unity (2022.3.22f1) - Manage → Add modules)

Is the VRChat Creator Companion or ALCOM pointed to this same Unity installation path? Typically C:\Program Files\Unity\Hub\Editor\2022.3.22f1\Editor\Unity.exe.
