I’m trying to buy VRC+ and the steam overlay won’t pop up as expected. The following screenshot is the error messages. I have already follow the tips before the error panel to enable steam overlay but it won’t work.
Problem solved by deleting the paypal method. Hope useful to someone who have same problem as me.
