VRChat doesn't start/ doesn't load worlds

Hey so I’ve recently changed Computers and on my new computer VRchat doesn’t work anymore. When I go in there normally it tells me to verify my connection and try again. When I start it with cloudflare enabled it takes a while and then says that VRChat isn’t responding. Today I’ve actually managed to get into the home world but my avatar wasn’t loading and when I tried to go into another world it never loaded. And then I was met with the same error message, that VRChat isn’t responding again. I’ve written support about this, they’ve given me a few things to try but nothing worked. They say it might have something to do with my internet provider and that I should talk with them which I can’t really do as I still live with my parents and am 16 years old. All of my drivers are updated and I’ve tried everything from the support websites, I don’t know what to do anymore…
