VRC with issues going into worlds

I log in and follow a friend into his world but when i enter i see the screen of Log out or retry. I have Ethernet connection so it is weird. So, when i retry and go into the world again, the world is empty but with like a ton of people but i cant see them. I talked to some friends about it and they are having the same problems. I checked updates but nothing. It was good not too long ago. Now today my avatars can’t make expression. I use Quest 2 and the controls on the Quest 2 UI are moving but the expression of the avatar don’t. It’s weird and i’ve been trying to have a good time with friends but it’s frustrating not being able to
