Hi everyone.
Each week I stream a talk and meditation that we do in the Shoshin World. I use the stream camera, to OBS, and normally it works great.
A couple of times, I’ve noticed afterwards that the entire stream was from my view, so somehow the stream camera just didn’t engage what OBS saw.
Does anyone have any tips to make this work?
I guess i need to look more closely at obs before i start the stream… But understanding why this might happen sometimes would be helpful.

Interesting time stamps on this post, on one hand it’s a day old, on the other hand it shows as being edited back in January of 2022.
I’ve used the stream camera here and there since June 2022 and have never had trouble with it switching out of the stream camera mode. I have accidentally put the camera away a few times. If you close the camera preview, that closes the camera itself.
I’ve found the best place to abandon the camera preview is above head in a corner of the play space.
The other possibility worth mentioning is that you can double tap the audio tab in the quick menu to enable or disable the earmuff mode, and if you double tap the camera instead that will open or close the camera. I use this to open and close the camera, and every once in awhile I’ll accidentally hit the audio icon instead.
