it’s working for me using GE-Proton10-33-rtsp23-4 and by puting the patched DDLs in the GE-Proton10-33-rtsp23-4/files/lib/wine/x86_64-windows/ directory
by doing this you have the latest Proton-GE-RTSP and the webcam fixes, so both videos and selfie expressions are working and the game is not crashing
