So if you have an avatar with nsfw content but you don’t toggle those options in public spaces, are you safe from moderation? Asking because some people pay a lot of money for their avatars and don’t abuse them in public spaces. Some people use their avatar as their “main avatar”, kind of like a avatar that everyone knows them by and, I believe that things should be video moderated, so if you didn’t reveal any inappropriate body parts, then nothing will happen!

NSFW avatars and activity are not allowed under the current ToS but if no one submits a report then VRChat has no reason to look into your or anyone else’s account.
