Unfortunately this option is only in Beta right now, only certain groups that have applied for it and gotten accepted have this ability. To get age verified you will have to find a group with age verification or wait until it’s full release.
Hi vixie, you will most likely have your ID situation handled before the age verification hits a wider release.

You will likely need to get some kind of official identification that’s supported by Persona but what is required can change on a per-country basis so I can’t give any specific advice beyond that.
Regardless, sadly all age verification slots were used up weeks ago, best bet is to keep track of official updates from VRChat either here or on social media for when the next round of slots open up. Also you can be directly notified when Age Verification Beta is expanded by opening this link: https://vrchat.com/home/ageverification
That said VRChat are looking into Age Verification potentially leaving Beta sometime soon but plans can change.
