It is not widely available yet as it’s still in testing.
To be part of the test means you need to be part of one of the groups involved in the test.

You can be in their Discord Community Server and at wait for the group for age badge

As a more directed step, you can open the game (beta version not required as of this date), go to profile, click the “Get Age Verified” button under your user rank under your status. It will take you to the link https://vrchat.com/home/ageverification
I assume after that, you just patiently wait for VRC to notify you about it.

I am trying to verify my age too
Sadly all age verification slots were used up weeks ago, best bet is to keep track of official updates from VRChat either here or on social media for when the next round of slots open up. Also you can be directly notified when Age Verification Beta is expanded by opening this link: https://vrchat.com/home/ageverification
That said VRChat are looking into Age Verification potentially leaving Beta sometime soon but plans can change.

For anyone interested, you can now verify your age if you have VRC+ (for a limited time, they will open it up at a later date)
