More punishment after suspension?

I recently completed a one week suspension related to a world I created. After the suspension ended, I noticed that I am no longer able to publish worlds publicly. Could you clarify how long this restriction will remain in place? Additionally, this limitation was not mentioned as part of the suspension process, so more information on why it applies afterward would be awesome.

For context, my suspension was due to posting an adults only world as public (Again id like to state this was dumb on my end). My mistake was assuming that marking the world as “Sexually Suggestive” would prevent it from being fully public and only assessable to 18+ verified users. I also needed my group moderators to access the instance, and since they cannot enter private only worlds, I made the incorrect decision to publish it publicly. I believed the content was vague enough to comply with guidelines, but I now understand that it did not.

I would also like to offer a suggestion: it would be helpful if group moderators were able to open private world instances, and if private worlds could be set to “Group Only 18+” by default. This would reduce the likelihood of similar mistakes in the future.

Thank you for your time and clarification. Thank you for all your hard work and I look forward to your reply <3

You can submit a feature request on Canny. Keep in mind it’s best if you elaborate in your feature request what the current limitation is with group roles / permissions management and “Set as Group Instance Default” (in-app) that the system doesn’t allow you to do.

Anyone can open instances to private worlds (only visible via direct links) from the VRChat Home website, or self-invite yourself from the VRChat Home website and then open instances in-app using the notification (with appropriate group permissions, if opening instances for a group).

If your trust rank has fallen to be New User or Visitor, you won’t be able to upload worlds. And I would assume that getting a suspension would decrease your trust rank score a bit.

I can’t seem to find your account when searching for you in-game, so I don’t know what your current trust rank is.
