I was going to submit a world for JAM but I’ve just seen a new requirement that “you must accurately describe any third-party assets that you used”… is that mean I have to describe all the paid assets (that don’t require user to credit) and assets that have features locked behind paywall as well?

This rule primarily exists for avatar creators! It would be weird for us to judge an avatar without knowing that it’s using someone else’s base.
The same applies to other worlds, to a certain extent. If your world is primarily based on someone else’s work, we’d appreciate it if you told us! (:
On a side note: Even if you’re not legally required to provide credit, I’d still recommend doing it! It helps the creators of the original assets, especially if the assets use a CC0 license. And it protects you in case you forget to credit something that does require credit!
