It keeps crashing

ok so I started playing it a few days ago and I have a problem every single time I go into the game it freezes then when I click it goes grey and then I have to press out of the game and when I do get into the game it’s extremely laggy and it crashes I’ve tried so many thing to fix it and nothing is working I don’t know what to do my laptop can play other games just fine
