No, not really. You’d need to be an avi-ripper for that and not many people like them. You can buy avis from places like Payhip and Gumroad. Jinxxy is also a place you can check to see if you find something you like.

It’s not worth doing, it’s against ToS to do so and can easily get your account banned. Look on places like jinxxy, gumroad, or BOOTH for avatars if you want to buy one yourself, there are some cheap and free ones on those platforms as well. Or convert an MMD model or look at VRCMods
