How to make a better avatar then Ready Player Me? No experience or talent in art, also disabled and broke

I’m new to VRChat, I setup a avatar using Ready Player Me but sadly I can’t adjust the body size, my avatar is way too skinny and I prefer to have my avatar be closer to irl. Any advice? I really can’t afford to buy a custom avatar and the ones for free in the avatar worlds just don’t work for me. I have a Quest 2 headset and no fbt or face tracking.

So on the topic of PC, there is a big gap between a PC capable of avatar work, and one capable of PCVR.

I haven’t checked recently but ready player me should give you the option to download the avatar in fbx form, which can be imported into blender

I use ready player me very often and i would like to tell that it serves me well. I can create my characters for a future SFM (Source film maker) videos.

I imported it into Unity using the ReadyPlayer.me SDK, it says it added the eye movement animation and the lip sync but i didnt see anyting looking in a mirror when I spoke and didnt notice my eyes blinking
