For some people there vive index controllers fingers would not work in vr chat and there was no help on what to do so here what to do to fix it (what you want to do is to uninstall vrchat then you want to reinstall it and open it from desktop mode once in you want to hold and press (F1 F2 F3) to make you fingers move from there you close the game and start it up in vr mode and it should work) if it doesn’t work let me know and I’ll find more was to help
