You are able to refer the document for create the features.
But there are some undocumented specifications out there.

  1. The remote user’s data are Bone’s data.
  2. The remote user’s data are not correct except on Update()/FixedUpdate()/PostLateUpdate()

It’s complicated because you need multiple clients and VR users to notice these things.

Reported/has been reported as a bug.
