Error updating favorites

Models cannot be bookmarked in the game, and no models can be bookmarked. There was an error when updating the bookmarking display. I changed my computer and it looked the same. I changed my account and could bookmarke maps normally, but I couldn’t bookmarke models. The model page is not full. I suspect that there is an abnormality in my account data on the terminal. Could you please help the official staff solve it? Thank you
