Regarding graphics/performance, I appreciate that you’re adding FSR as an option, but have you had a chance to look at Fixed Foveated Rendering (on PC)?
the fact that devs is implimenting such features mods provided in such a short time compared to years after banning mods seems so petty to me its actually funny LOL
Ask world authors to add this to their worlds
How do you solve the Udon issue ? I’m assuming getting Bone positions on users that are hidden will not work correctly ?
Keep up the good work but is there a feature where you guys can add voice changer to quest even when people can’t get a PC for a app or something
personally hyped for the face mirror! i remember rollthered developed something similar for avatars 3.0, but having it on every avatar with the face mirror would be cool!
Do you have plans to add the viewpoint tweaker?
Are u guys planing about adding third person camera for desktops and the fix for the view point so we can use size slider in the future?
Interesting seeing the voice falloff slider be converted to a dome. I actually think that would end up being a better idea since it would make it easier to visualize an area around you. Especially since fine tuning a slider may be tedious for some. Glad to see that’s getting implemented in a way that would be easier to use.
Can we get any info on localization for JP?
Is there any fixes for broken EAC ? After update, it caused blue screen 8 times in total. And all of crash dumps - saying only reason is EAC driver. So. Any fixes ?
Please don’t have the mirror move just glue it to your hand, using the joystick to move it around when held is great but please have it be where you still have to grab it when its unlocked to move it, or at least have it as a separate option to do so, because when setting my mirror where I want it I tend to grab and let go multiple times to get it just right, and having to go in the menu to unlock it again over and over might end up getting really annoying and tedious
This is actually great! Maybe up the mb allowance/ physbone component limits slightly for quest? Would make avatar making much mkre enjoyable! Since proximity avatar view will be implemented, this could work out well!
Idk if I like this change tbh. This means every time you want to move the portable mirror around, you first need to go to it’s settings page which is hidden in the Options Sub Menu. It also makes it impossible to just grab it a few times in a row to rotate it in to a position you want it to be in. Please reverse this change. I would make it more annoying and more time taking to move the mirror around.
Websockets would fit well for this kind of tasks

With the Hide Avatars by Distance feature, how is the animator dealt with? Is it just culled in the same way as if you were not looking at the avatar? Is there some potential for animator desync with this feature?
dunno if this has been looked into at all, but there are some issues on AMD GPUs where the game crashes when loading an untrusted URL and running the newest drivers.
additionally some shaders or something seem to cause crashes with the drivers and result in a timeout of the drivers… common enough that public worlds are a no no.
and just something i would like personally, but the calibration mirror staying up for a moment so yo can check if you did it right would be nice.
keep it up with these updates, it’s nice to see what is going on, builds a little trust again.
If I may offer a suggestion! Scaling avatars is currently fairly easy, by uploading multiple versions of an avatar at different sizes. This does require avatar-switching, however, making it clunkier than it needs to be.
Adding the ability to live-adjust the viewpoint of an avatar with its scale to the SDK, or to VRChat itself, would give users the opportunity to implement a radial menu feature which allows for live-scaling of an avatar; for example if they want to scale up to talk to larger avatars, or scale down to chat with smaller ones. Reduces the amount of hassle that someone has to go through in order to achieve something the game kind of already allows.
Thanks for reading, if you do!
Yes, it’s culled as if it were out of view.
