We are thinking about running a commercial event in VRChat. We have tried repeatedly to contact the VRChat team through their [email protected] address, with no response other than the autoreply assigning us a ticket number. It has been several weeks since our last attempt. Is there a better way to make contact, or something we should do differently? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
