when I try and get on vrc I am stuck on the blue loading screen and have try everything I have found on the internet and when I tried and contact support it wont let me log into my account to create a ticket
To submit a ticket, you need to create a new account for the VRChat Support Desk.
Please note that this account is separate from your VRChat account and is only used for support tickets.
Make sure to create one if you haven’t already.
To create a new account, click on “Sign in” and then select “Sign up” at the bottom of the login screen.
If you encounter any issues, please try using different browsers or private browsing mode on your PC.
(If above not works, try in private browsing mode or on other browser/device)
