I cant do anything , Cant upload , Cant creat new avatar , also cant update New SDK and keep error .. can some one plese help me ? Vcc is new verison , unitly is 2022.3.22f1

### Describe the bug
When trying to create a new project it cancels and wont le… t me create a new project. when pressing "create project" it cancells it with a error at the bottom saying "project creation failed, check logs for more information"
log error says "Failed creating Project from template because: An item with the same key has already been added. Key: https://vcc.vrcfury.com/"
### To Reproduce
1. open vrcc application
2. update application
3. create new project
4. choose unity 2022 avatar project and name project
5. create project button
6. error
### Expected behavior
hopefully to open up the tab to add separate addons (poiyomi, gesture manager, etc)

Huh, maybe see if you can ask the windows explorer to open %LocalAppData%\VRChatCreatorCompanion
and see if you can edit the settings.json there? sounds like something got added twice
hopefully they fix that bug
