So, in Australia you have the option to have your license digital on your phone. I have mine digitally. When I renewed my license not long ago, I thought I would have both physical and digital but they never sent me a physical one. I tried to upload the screenshot of it, and it is very clear. You can see all the information and my photo. The system would not take it though. Is there a way to send it to someone in VRC staff and they could verify me that way? Thanks for the help.
Persona is a separate company from VRChat, you’ll likely need to get in contact with your local authorities about getting your physical card for the verification to work.
go to VTNZ and AA and renew your license there they will mail you a new card within 2 weeks
its cost 10 dollars that should help.
