Hello, I have a few questions in regards to the Age Verification process. More specifically for myself, my ID has recently expired and yet because of TEXAS state rules I’m currently still waiting for an open appointment set for later in May. Texas only allows DPS services by appointment unfortunately so unless an opening happens sooner I won’t have an up to date ID for a few more months. Is it possible to provide official proof of the appointment and my expired ID in order to obtain the verification badge.
Second question is for those who may have more than one account, for instance like a radio player. Can you use the same ID for the alternate account as well?
In the age verification form it is that you can only use one ID for one account, if you wish to move the verification to another account you can email vrchat. About the expired ID problem I got nothing for you. Sorry mate!
I can’t find anything specific on expired IDs my guess the answer will be you likely need to get a new ID. Given the Age Verification FAQ is now very much closed I don’t think you’ll be getting an answer until the program is expanded: Developer Update - 16 January 2025
As for Alt accounts that was answered back in this video here:
In other words Alt accounts should be allowed as verification is fully rolled out.
