You usually receive an email when trying to login from another country.
Maybe check them, or look at spams.

Hey, @jayperaza8 Make sure, You’re logging in with the same location and always check your Email for a “VRChat Location Request”.
Hey so i was trying to upload a avatar and this happened to me , not only is it not sending me a email, i tried waiting for more then 6 hours and it is STILL saying im logging in from too many locations and too check my email. what can i do to fix this other then waiting
I’m having the same issue, though this is after a friend of mine helped upload an avatar earlier. Trying my hand at it but it pops up the error message, Nothing in my Inbox
