Hello! Recently, I decided to purchase VRC+ and undergo the process of Age Verifying. I started last night, and it is now the morning as I have pretty much maxed out my attempts (Including a renewed attempt granted by support), however no matter how well I take my photos and mugshots, the system continues to fail to verify me.
It seems the issue is that Persona does not seem to register Australian Photo Cards, and I lack the other means either by just straight up not having them (Keypass or Driver’s License) or do not have them on hand.
With the fact Persona asks you to choose your country, you’d think selecting Australia would update one of the optional, probably National ID, into a Photo Card option.
With this, it seems like I am locked out of being able to age verify? How can I deal with this.
