Age verification is still in beta, it hasn’t been pushed out to everyone yet! You can verify your age if you’re in a group that has age verification links available, just know there are limited slots!
I think you need to get a better translation tool because this is just outright incorrect information.

It outright says you can get 18+ verification when you are 18 or older.
