Menu is bugged

I am on PCVR.

Since the recent update to VRChat, one of the worst bugs I have ever encountered is being locked out of the Worlds menu. Whenever I visit a friend in a Black Cat or otherwise, I cannot go world hopping. I am locked only to the worlds I visited them in. I have to completely restart VRChat to go anywhere and its now getting on my nerves because of how frequently it is happening.

Might be annoying but completely wiped out the vrchat cache see if that helps? U can find the options in the big menu in the about I think it is?
