Hide Items

It would be nice to have a safety setting to hide all items. If there already is Im just dumb

But having to manually hide them one at a time is dumb. We can hide drones/stickers/prints, what about items?

Honestly, for me, they add no value and just add unnecessary loads to the world(s)
