There are some worlds where you can kinda do this but with major limitations.
- Any clothing applied is not saved to be used in other worlds
- There is no guarantee the clothing will fit perfectly as the clothing is unlikely to have been made for your specific avatar(s)
- Any modifications to make the clothing better are unlikely to be saved unless the world has Persistence added
