Age Verification Failing - Help!

I recently got vrchat+ and tried age verifying 2 times. Both attempts failed and it now prevents me from trying again. I submitted a support request and everything, but I have gotten no response yet. For good measure I wanted to reach out here to see if anyone can help.

I realized the problem might be due to the fact I have a permit instead of a license (Yes I am freshly 18 don’t rag on me about that) and it could not verify because of that. Hopefully if I used another form of ID it should work- but I cannot due to the attempts maxed out.

Does anyone know if there is anyway to fix this or is this just a support only problem?

you could try waiting if you really dont want to talk to support. but really just poke them is what to do

I want to talk to support but I keep getting no response. Is there any other way to get into contact other than a request on the help page?

Yeah they did, it just takes a little bit for a response.

how long did it take from opening the ticket to verifying your age?
