# Wont Let me Build & Publish for windows on Unity

For some reason the button to Build & Publish is grayed out. I’m new to this so sorry if this is obvious but I am not sure what to do. Heres what it looks like.

I see a scroll bar where it’s complaining. I’m not sure if the first one about 3000 particle whatever is a hard limit, probably not.

Make the window taller and maybe it’ll show everything at once? I think some of the stuff it can auto fix, like streaming mipmaps is a hard stop
