# Whenever i launch vrchat in my quest 2 it says please launch using desktop app can someone help with this?

this just started happening today after i reset my headset because of a bug in vrchat, ii forget what it was though, and now i just get a message telling me to start from oculus desktop app and it only launches in destktop mode with less accessability to menus and camera movement

As it says on official VRChat discord, meta currently experiencing issue.
Please wait for that to solve or steam version may help.

it also says “Oculus platform entitlement error during entitlement check: user not logged in”
