VRChat literally unplayable

Hello.
I am having an issue where, immediately after loading into a world, VRChat disconnects. Can’t even get into the default vrchat home world. It was barely even two weeks ago I was able to play fine.
Things I have tried:
-Uninstalling the game
-Uninstalling steam and the game
-Removing every possible trace of VRChat off my pc, any temp files, caches, etc.
-Restarting my PC
-Disabling my firewall and antivirus entirely
-Updated my graphics card
-Cloudflare WARP vpn
-Playing on mobile (which worked once and now doesn’t)

why… what the heck happened? this has to be, by far, the most infuriating thing I have ever dealt with.

Do you have IPv4-only, IPv6-only or dual IP-stack connectivity? Have you tried with/without IPv4 or IPv6 yet?

Are you able to launch VRChat from any of the following launch URLs?

The full output logs may sometimes indicate the cause of issues, for example a session authcookie not matching the IP-address (which could be resolved by switching accounts, but you’ve already stated you’ve removed every trace of VRChat).

Thanks for doing the most of the troubleshooting, that already helps.

I also posted the following comments to a topic on VRChat Feedback:

There has been an uptick of feedback about this issue recently, which still seems to persist cause affecting some users without a known root cause.

Suspected duplicates:

How would I go about sending you the log file? Pastebin says there’s personal info and i can’t directly upload the text file here.

The guidance from VRChat Help Desk is to not post output logs publicly (see: Where do I find my Output Logs and Crash Dumps? – VRChat) because it can contain some personal information (computer username, hardware details, IP-addresses from yt-dlp outputs, notifications, user IDs/display names of you and others, rarely session authcookies from server errors), although posting them publicly is commonplace on the VRChat Feedback bug report board if you understand the risks.

If you still want to share the output logs publicly, you could use Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, GitHub Gist, other alternative pastebin services, etc.

If you want to share it privately with VRChat User Support, you can make a ticket at https://vrch.at/support with the caveat I won’t be able to see the logs personally.

Please also see my questions above about IPv4/IPv6 and the launch URLs.

Sorry about that.
Launch URLs did not work, clicking them has no effect.

I did a Traceroute and a Pathping for Photon/ExitGames and it appears something is wrong with the UDP response somewhere along the way.
Surely this is just my ISP being garbage at this point?

As for the IPv4/IPv6, seeing my network device’s settings in the control panel shows options for both.
If it helps, I have AT&T Fiber.. which apparently has a known history of just not working right with ExitGames’ servers. For some reason.

Edit: More info regarding my attempt with Cloudflare’s WARP VPN, I was able to get onto VRChat, but loading took incredibly long and my uploaded avatars were missing… like, the entire UI category.

Are you experiencing your Photon connectivity issue on IPv4, IPv6 or both?

Please try disabling Cloudflare WARP or other VPN connections and try disabling IPv6 connectivity temporarily:

Try forcing your IPv6 DNS servers or disabling IPv6 using the instructions here. You can also try disabling any IPv6 firewall features that may be enabled on your router.

Have tried both. IPv6 on with an without cloudflare.
IPv6 off with and without cloudflare.
Neither fully solve the issue :((
