Vrchat isn't allowing me to use a custom script in my avatar

Hi,

I’m trying to add a fake liquid shader in my avatar but vrchat isn’t allowing me to use the custom script it uses.

any help would be appreciated.

As far as I’m aware, VRChat doesn’t allow custom scripts on avatars.

Is there any workaround?

Can we use Udon to recreate what the script is supposed to do? I know that udon is for vrchat worlds but the audio link works on udon and it can be applied on avatars so maybe we can do the same with this liquid shader?

I’m sorry if it doesn’t make sense because I’m still learning to create avatars.

Any custom features like this would have to be handled entirely handled within shader or with animators, there is no support right now (or publicly planned) to give scripting (Udon or otherwise) capabilities to avatars.

Thanks. I’ll see if it can be done through animations.
