VRC+ expiration date error

First, I submitted a report on December 23, 2024, but have not received any response. The ticket number is #474678.

On December 1, during the Black Friday promotion, I canceled Steam’s auto-renewal and switched to purchasing an annual membership (15 months). Since my previous monthly membership expired on December 14, the new expiration date for the annual membership should have been March 14, 2025.

After that, my friend gifted me 3 months of membership. The start and expiration dates for the gifted period were both correctly set to the 14th of the respective months. However, the expiration date of the annual membership was changed to June 2, leaving 12 days unaccounted for. I submitted a report about this issue, but to date, I have not received any response to my email.

The issue didn’t stop there. Later, another friend gifted me 4 months of membership, extending the expiration date to October 2, 2026. Today, yet another friend gifted me 10 months of membership, but the expiration date has now been set to June 3, 2027. I cannot understand why so many days are missing.

If this issue is due to something on my end, please explain why. Otherwise, is there any way to recover the missing membership time of over 2 months apart from submitting a report?
