# Unable To Use/See Any Very Poor Avatars In VRC Mobile

In [February update](https://ask.vrchat.com/t/developer-update-13-february-2025/41299), devs finally announced that Very Poor avatar has return for VRC Mobile, and it was very exciting news for everyone! But not everything is exciting for me…

I’m still unable to use or see any Very Poor avatar in Samsung S22 Ultra, it’s so very frustrating that I can’t enjoyed Very Poor avatar since February update (v1585) till latest version. Please fix this issue ASAP because I want to use it so bad! 😫

Sadly we won’t be able to do much here.

Maybe lien a bug or feature request on their feedback boards?

That’s the problem! I want to report about this issue in that website but VRC won’t allowed me 😩

This is because your account is still at the visitor rank. You need to play the game for a little longer to be able to report things. At least new user i believe
