First, i would recommend using the latest unity supported version for VRChat, then have you installed the SDK through the Creator Companion ?

SDK runs inside of the unity editor, so with compiler errors it’s important to keep in mind that stuff is broken.

At the bottom left of the screenshot it looks like someone clicked the play button until the real error was scrolled away.
