Privacy policy error

hello, first time posting here sorry if anything is wrong!

does anyone know how to fix this error? whenever i launch vrchat it just pops up with this, and then when i press close it doesn’t allow me to check off the boxes. ive tried reinstalling and uninstalling multiple times so im not sure how to fix this
