Physbones going nuts ingame

I tried using physbones for the first time. Made an avatar with jiggle physics. However ingame their anatomy acted like they were in a class 5 hurricane with gmod physics.

What would be the optimal settings for this?

Default settings should produce passable results.

More information is needed on how you have set it up. Perhaps a screenshot showing the physbone chain and settings?

found out what was wrong. If you scale body parts down to zero, and up again, their physics go out of control.

also added uneccesary colliders to them which probably made that even worse
