My notifications won’t work. On my VR chat headset. How do i fix that? I already tried so many things..please help

The typical auto-response from VRChat Help Desk acknowledges notification delivery issues with IPv6 connections. Additionally there’s a bug with duplicate notifications, which may cause the client to stop requesting more notifications, which is only worked around currently by deleting all notifications from https://vrchat.com/home/messages.
