# None of my avatars want to upload

Hello, i have been trying to upload a few of my avatars and even update some of them but i get an error message all the time.  
I checked the avatar ID, i checked if something was wrong with the prefab but nothing.  
It seems like my SDK keeps denying to upload saying that ‘‘Attempt to load the data for an avatar we do not own, clearing blueprint ID’’, this also happens with avatars i have already uploaded sometimes.

problem keeps happening and after i restart the project, it adds these prefab ID avatar versions..  
I tried re-installing the entire SDK but it didn’t work 😕

Quick update: I tried once again today and this is what i got as an error message

Your logs mention that there was internal errors, maybe due to the sdk / some package you have installed on the unity project, or to unity itself.

Can you confirm the unity version you have and what package you may have installed (or list what you have in the asset and package folders) ?

the unity version i have installed for all my projects is 2022.3.22f1 which hasn’t caused me any issues at all, the packages i have installed varry as some projects which worked fine also do not work.. even when i decided to make a new project and upload a robot avi, the issue was still there for some strange reason.

So even with a clean project, i noticed that everything works except the SDK.

dang, would it help if i showed the exact error messages (what is in them)?  
If not then that is fine, i am glad that you at least tried to help :D
