# No access to vrc+ gallery via website (solved by itself)

I no longer have access to my vrc+ gallery because of this issue.  
did this happen to anyone?  
I already opened a vrchat support request email, they seemed not able to help:

i tried everything, but i think the issue is on vrchat’s side,  
i started to think to cancel my subscription and resub maybe that will help

Hello @Minimix!

This seems like a network request issue that I am seeing, you can open up your web console and check what prints out when accessing the URL. From looking at your title it seems that you’ve found or stumbled into a solution (congrats)!
