# My email was deleted a while ago

So a while ago, my email was deleted for some reason and now I can’t sign into my main account without email verification. I wanted to know if there was some way I could change my email and possibly sign in?

Open a support ticket to vrchat to see if you can prove your identity and change the email. With some change, they will help you recover the account
