I’m looking to commission an avatar off of a reference sheet I have of a design of a character I like 
I’ve never commissioned an avatar before, but I’m willing to pay up to 100$ CAD or more depending on further discussion. Preferably I’d enjoy the avatar to be rigged and complete with a couple animations for expression (again, I’ve never commissioned someone for this stuff before, so dumb some big, smart 3d modeler words down for me if we further discuss things.)
I’d like to state, the avatar im asking for is more cartoony based!!
